The Opportunity 🚀
We're seeking our Country Manager Brazil, to join Felipe's team in LATAM. This role offers the opportunity to:
- Drive the development of the local market by implementing effective commercial strategies to increase market share.
- To oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient management of teams, partners, and resources.
- Acting as the company’s ambassador, they build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance the brand's reputation.
- The Country Manager aligns local activities with global objectives to achieve sustainable and profitable growth in the target market.
Key Responsibilities 📋
Business Development (70%) 💼
- Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Generate and qualify leads
- Conduct meetings with key decision-makers
- Prepare and negotiate proposals
- Secure contracts to meet revenue targets
Strategic Planning (20%) 🎯
- Co-develop and refine market strategies
- Optimize sales tools and processes
- Adapt global initiatives for the local market
Market Presence (10%) 🤝
- Represent Fonroche at industry events and trade fairs
- Organize and participate in networking events
- Build relationships with key influencers
- Enhance company's reputation in Brazil.
Additional Responsibilities 📌
- Manage and grow existing client relationships
- Handle account operations, including customer service and forecasting
- Coordinate with headquarters for product ordering and service delivery
- Represent the company at industry events
What you can bring to us 🙌
- Bachelor's degree and a Master's in Business Administration or a similar field.
- 5 - 10 years of relevant experience. A first successful significant experience in business development for public infrastructures, public markets, if possible, for industrial products with disruptive technology.
- Transversal management (Sales agent network)
- Native Portuguese, perfectly fluent in English for the exchanges with the head office
- Extensive field experience of the sales process with a leading mentality
- Strongly organized, result and customer service oriented with a managerial autonomy and a high versatility and work adaptability in a company with very fast-growing perspectives and context”.

If selected, you will join a simple and quick recruitment process with only four steps:

- Then a technical video interview with your future manager: Felipe.

Onboarding for the position will be through our customized internal program. You will be supported in your role for about 2 weeks through three key stages:
