The Opportunity 🚀
We’re looking for a Sales Specialist to join Daniel's team in Brazil, located in Minas Gerais, to develop business across the northern region of the country.
The Sales Specialist will support Fonroche’s commercial expansion in Brazil by developing new business opportunities, driving the full sales cycle, and strengthening engagements attending the region area of Parana state focusing on PPPs, municipalities, smart cities. Concessions will not be part of the mission objectives

Key Responsibilities 📋
- Prospect, develop and qualify new commercial opportunities in municipalities, PPPs
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to closing — in alignment with company strategy
- Conduct meetings, technical discussions and presentations with decision-makers (public and private)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, distributors and EPC firms
- Support the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, budgets and commercial documentation
- Coordinate with local partners for pre-sales activities, demonstrations, and pilot installations
- Participate in events, roadshows and market activations to generate visibility and leads
What you can bring to us 🙌
- Bachelor's to Masters degree
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in industrial sales
- Proven track record in B2G/B2B sales, preferably with disruptive technologies
- Experience managing sales agent networks
- Experience in technical sales and proposal building
- Your experience using CRM, creating pipeline and sales forecasting.
- Portuguese, Spanish and English conversational proficiency to speak and exchange with the teams in Latin America and the headhquarters in France.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the north region of Brazil.
- Willingness to learn about Solar Public Lighting / Off-Grid Concepts
- Availability for constant travel (up to 50% of the time) to customers, partners and field visits.
- Hybrid working environment (office + field + customer sites).
- Ability to work under short deadlines, multicultural environment and fast-paced structure.
