Within the Latam Hub, in Alvaro's Team, our Sales & Marketing Assistant (his LinkedIn), we are looking for a Graphic Design Apprentice.

The Opportunity 🚀

Your missions will include :

• Development of visual materials aligned with corporate brand guidelines (presentations, brochures, technical sheets, banners).

• Coordination with headquarters for validation and approval of designs before external use..

• Maintenance and organization of the visual asset library (photos, renders, logos, templates).

• Monitoring brand consistency across all regional materials.

The role is essential to support the LATAM marketing strategy by relieving the Graphic Designer in France from part of the operational workload.

Education:
Students in their third year or above in degrees such Graphic Design, Design, Marketing, or related fields.

• Use of advanced InDesign / Illustrator / Photoshop (After effects desirable but not essential)

• Students in their third year or above in degrees such as Design or Graphic Design

• Advanced English (French desirable but not essential)

🧾 Additional information – Recruitment & onboarding process

If selected, you will go through a simple and fast recruitment process in just two steps:

Step 1: Technical interview (video or on-site) with the future manager

Step 2: Meeting with our HRD to discuss about your values and softskills.

Onboarding will take place through our personalized integration and training program. You will be supported during your onboarding for approximately two weeks through three key stages:

• Meeting all departments and business areas of the company;

• Technical discovery of products and processes;

• Training tailored to your role and needs.
