- A street reconstruction area designed to explore solar lighting for a wide range of applications, including roads, parking lots, greenways, and more.
The Fonroche Tower
- Our control tower is dedicated to the supervision and monitoring of our streetlight networks installed in over 50 countries, receiving up to 7 million messages per day.
The Learning Street
- A QUALIOPI-certified training center, designed to share our expertise

An adapted trainnig plan

At Fonroche, ongoing training for our employees is one of our core concerns. Offering everyone the opportunity to develop and grow through our mentoring programme, as well as through quality training, is a leitmotiv. The world and skills are evolving rapidly these days, and training is no longer an option, but a necessity. Annual appraisal interviews between managers and employees are a fundamental way of supporting the development of our teams.
