Because you never get a second chance to make a good impression, at Fonroche we make it a point of honour to welcome our new employees in the best possible way.

Our tailor-made induction programme is designed to make you feel at home and to help you fulfil your potential.

Every person you meet during your induction is not chosen at random. Our aim is to get you up and running as quickly as possible and to ensure that there are no barriers between you and the people you meet.

Your 2-week induction

Meeting

First, you'll meet your team and your manager over coffee.

Discovering

You'll have time to talk to Fonroche's departments so that you can understand how they work and are organised, the product and how you'll be able to work with each person. The course will also give you an insight into our corporate culture and values.

Production session

Because we have our own state-of-the-art production site of over 4,000 m² in the south-west of France, in Agen.

You can spend a day there and get a behind-the-scenes look at our solar-powered stand-alone streetlights.

Feedback

At the end of this tailor-made induction programme, you'll meet the management team and, because we like to be constantly improving, we'll ask you what you thought.
