The Opportunity 🚀
Within our German HUB, in Maya’s team (LinkedIn link), Country Manager Germany, we are looking for a work-study student for the Technical part with our Technical Referent : Yerko (his LinkedIn). Working closely with the rest of the team, you will contribute to the department’s activities and will be responsible for the following missions across the entire Fonroche Lighting Group:
Writing algorithm specifications for the software development team Defining test plans for the validation team
Benchmarking new suppliers
Qualifying new products
Participating in production line audits
Analyzing test results that you initiated
Providing after-sales support and helping analyze returns of defective products
Education :
Entrance qualification for a University of Applied Sciences, Cerman Abitur (university entrance qualification)

Good knowledge of assembly processes is highly appreciated

If selected, you will go through a simple and fast recruitment process in just two steps:
Step 1: Technical interview (video or on-site) with the future manager
Step 2: Meeting with our HRD to discuss about your values and softskills.
Onboarding will take place through our personalized integration and training program. You will be supported during your onboarding for approximately two weeks through three key stages:
Meeting all departments and business areas of the company;
Technical discovery of products and processes;
Training tailored to your role and needs.
